Hi there, I’m Mica, an award-winning (Argentinian) Brand Creative Director at Nike.
For the past 13 years I've been focusing on helping brands connect with their audiences by creating news-worthy campaigns that tap into culture and become part of it. I've lead, created and managed global campaigns for brands such as Nike, adidas Originals, Alexander Wang, Virgin Hotels, Versace, Keds, among others.

My work has been internationally recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, CLIOs, EFFIES, Jay CHIAT, LIAs, Ojo de IberoAmérica, Lürzer's Archive, El Diente, AdAge, Campaign, yadda, yadda.
In 2017, I was named Next Creative Leader by The One Show. Previously, in 2015 I won a TOYP award (The Outstanding Young People of the World). And, most recently I was selected as alumni of the next Cannes Lions ‘See It Be It’ program in 2021-22
On the side, I’m ambassador of Publicitarias U.S. (a community with a great focus on elevating Latinas’ voices), Co-leader at the Circulo de Creativo U.S and Instructor at Miami Ad School U. S. and The Creative Circus Collage.
