Mica Gallino is an award-winning Creative Director with over 15 years of experience shaping visual identities and brand narratives at the intersection of sport, fashion, and culture.

She currently leads the Brand Creative team at Nike LATAM, where she brings together creative direction, art direction, and cultural insight to shape distinctive visual worlds. Her work is driven by a strong point of view on imagery, design, and storytelling-crafting ideas that feel authored, intentional, and culturally grounded.

Her creative leadership spans global campaigns for Nike, adidas Originals, Alexander Wang, Versace, Virgin Hotels, and Keds, among others.

Her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, CLIO Awards, Effie Awards, Jay Chiat Awards, LIA Awards, Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Diente, Lürzer’s Archive, Ad Age, and Campaign.

In 2017, she was named a Next Creative Leader by The One Show and, in 2015, received the TOYP (The Outstanding Young People of the World) award. She is also an alumna of the Cannes Lions See It Be It program (2021–2022).

From Argentina, based between New York and Mexico City, Mica is also an ambassador for Publicitarias U.S., a community focused on elevating Latina voices within the creative industry.
