I’m Mica, an award-winning Group Creative Director with more than 14 years of experience. 

Currently I lead the Brand Creative team at Nike LATAM.

For the past 14 years I've been focusing on helping sports and fashion brands connect with their audiences by creating news-worthy campaigns that tap into culture and become part of it. I've led global campaigns for brands such as Nike, adidas Originals, Alexander Wang, Virgin Hotels, Versace, Keds, among others.

In 2017, I was named Next Creative Leader by The One Show. Previously, in 2015 I won a TOYP award (The Outstanding Young People of the World). And, most recently I was selected as alumni of the next Cannes Lions ‘See It Be It’ program in 2021-22

On the side, I’m ambassador of Publicitarias U.S. (a community with a great focus on elevating Latinas’ voices).
